The skyline of Levent financial district in northern Istanbul is getting another major boost with the Ciftciler Group’s new towers on Büyükdere Avenue.

The Ciftciler towers will be located right next to the TAT twins, directly facing the Bosphorus Bridge and feature a tower of 52 floors and 45 floors for the second tower.

The most notable feature of the project is a pair of high-rise towers that will be linked via garden bridges, with spectacular views of Istanbul and the Bosphorus Strait.

Total area of the project will be 315,000 m2, of which 65,000 m2 will be used for a multistory shopping mall, 8,500 m2 of office space, and 60,000 m2 of residences. The complex will also include an underground parking space of 182,000 m2 for 2,700 vehicles.

With an architecturally ambitious design, the most outstanding aspect of the project is that it overlooks the Bosporus. The architectural design of the project was rendered by Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum Inc. (H.O.K.), Arup Associates of London and Tunca Architectural Firm.
