Born in Singapore to French-Vietnamese parents, Tila grew up in Houston, Texas in an environment that mimicked many immigrant families who moved from poorer countries to the United States.

In July 2001, Tila started up her website entitled “Tila’s Hot Spot”. Originally it was a website featuring her information, quotes, blog, and pictorials to promote her career and later the site was transfer into a social network.

Tequila has a total of ten tattoos on her back, neck, and wrists, the first being a scorpion she received at the age of fifteen.

Tila just put together her First Official Album! Then the album will be released 1st Quarter of 2010!  All under her own record label:  Tila Tequila Records. Which she will promote on a worldwide & US tour!
