a mix of food, music, performances, art their staff and you.

At Supperclub Istanbul Anything can happen.

Don’t come to Supperclub Istanbul if you’re in search of a traditional restaurant, have lazy taste buds or are scared of new experiences.

However, if you’re looking for an unusual dinner experience in an unexpected place and are not afraid to discover the creative corners of your personality, then knock on supperclub’s door.

There`s only a fixed menu and it`s a secret what will be served; supperclub dinner is a surprice fort he guests. The presentation of the food is a piece of art. Food and drinks are served with style, in a special way, with service and attention. They stimulate all senses. Often we hear our costumers saying; “I have never had this before!” The menu is not presenting one culture, but is international with dishes inspired by different countries.

Art at the Supperclub is something that`s never seen anywhere else before, especially developed for Supperclub, inspired by supperclub. Supperclub serves as an artist-platform, but not just a gallery. Preferably, the artwork that`s shown serves a broader interest in our society, it makes a supperclub statement.

Music at the Supperclub is not a wallpaper, the music accompanies the food, art and the performances and guides the guests though the night. The DJ “feels” the guests and plays with the moods and the feelings, is always surprising. DJ`s don`t dominate (volume), and they respond to the atmosphere and also get inspired by the staff.

Performances at supperclub are never shown anywhere else before. It connects with supperclub; It`s stylish, shocking, seductive and more.. There is a lot of interaction with the guests. They are part of the performance too sometimes, performers make sure that they don`t just lay back and await the performance. “what time starts the show?” is a question that we can`t really answer. The staff and chefs are “performing” too and make it work all together. A performance is not just about getting applause, it`s about giving food for thought. Important: a night is not static. It can be small, sink in, then grab your attention again. Concepts or themes grow during the night, this way our guests “think along with” the performance. Performances show evolution and growth, so people grow with it.

Supperclub is a place where you can enjoy; art, entertainments, food, drinks, dj`s vj`s and much more, while laying on the bed. We are a restaurant that transforms into a club at night. A platform for artists and performers. Our audiance is generally open-minded, cosmopolic, adventurous, international and have interest in culture, architecture, fasion and lifestyle. They like to brake tradition and are always lookign for experience.

Freedom is the keyword at Supperclub. It’s a mix of food, music, performances, art their staff and you. An evening at supperclub Istanbul has been successful when all your five senses have been tickeld.

Jump and dance around to rock music at Dogzstar Istanbul

Dogzstar is a lively, fun venue in istanbul where one can jump and dance around to rock bands like Ayyuka or Astro (Hiroshi Hasegawa) who take the stage. You may even get a chance to meet members of Turkish bands like Mor ve Ötesi and Sakin.

The small stage of this popular nightclub is always busy, featuring a variety of musical acts from Istanbul and around Europe. Expect a crowds of devoted fans and a dark, warm atmosphere. Live jazz is popular and so are indie rock bands and other eclectic artists.

It may be small, but Dogzstar proves that size doesn’t matter: this diminutive club in Beyoglu has garnered quite a reputation. Although owners Koray and Kutayare planning to relocate to a bigger venue, but we’re glad they didn’t: the laid-back, let-loose, neo-punk vibe here packs a punch. It can get a little cramped, but it’s a good place to boogie, thanks to resident DJ Ari.

Dogzstar opened in 2004, since then Dogzstar hosted the electronic and alternative culture and countless DJ’s and artist in the new location. They preserve the original line to the visitors from the mainstream and continue to offer alternative entertainment.

Dogzstar brings a new sense of fun to Beyoglu, and took intense interest in the alternative demand for culture, and has become the meeting point of a lot of local and international artists, writers, musicians, listeners and followers.

MiniMuzikhol offers a new alternative to the traditional venues in Istanbul

MiniMuzikhol is breaking all the rules of the Istanbul nightlife scene. MiniMuzikhol has been launched to assist those good old deprived souls who want to experience some subculture firsthand and offers a new alternative to the traditional venues of Istanbul nightlife.

MiniMuzikhol is not a bar playing popular songs nor is it a traditional club blasting deafening dance music. The place intends to have both DJ performances and live bands and does not limit itself strictly to any musical genre. The goal is to create its own scene by adding some intelligence and meaning to the evening fun.

“Focus” nights are also organized at the hall during which differing musical cultures are honored with selected songs and visuals from their history. The first Focus night showcased Caribbean music and featured Reggae, Dub and Calypso styles.

Weekends are generally reserved for dance parties that serve to bring in the crowds that result in long lines at the door, so coming at an earlier hour is recommended.

MiniMuzikhol’s interior was designed by Melis and Sinem Kurultay while the installation in the main hall was designed and applied by Spanish artist Ovni. The permanent Anapop icon was created by Özlem Ölçer and the photography for the flyers is the work of Volga Yıldız. The slideshow and the decorative displays, meanwhile, were conceived by the etrafta.com Web site.

The founding partners consist of the staff of Web sites etrafta.com and undomondo.com, alongside the S.O.A.P. organization team led by Minas Balcıoğlu, from the famous (godet) club. All of them are well-known faces of Istanbul nightlife and all share the idea that the city is not particularly successful at offering different types of entertainment.

There are not many long-standing locations in Istanbul that have created their own identities and shaped their audiences. Peyote, Dogzstar, Babylon and Roxy in Beyoğlu or Dunia, Arkaoda and Karga in Kadıköy might be considered in that category – Mini Müzikhol is a likely candidate to join these select few.

Mister "American Woman" Lenny Kravitz, one the most powerful male voices in the world, is coming to Istanbul - Turkey.

Mister “American Woman” Lenny Kravitz, one of the most powerful male voices in the world, is coming to Kurucesme Arena in Istanbul on 29th July 2008.

4 years in a row he was the nominee to be the ” Best Male Rock Vocal Performance ” in Grammy’s.

Around the globe his record sale reached to 20 million.
Lenny is starting his world tour and wil stop by the culture city Istanbul for a concert.

It Is Time For a Love Revolution, the latest studio album from best-selling singer, songwriter, and guitarist Lenny Kravitz, has debuted at No. 4 this week on Billboard’s Top 200 Album chart, selling 73,000 copies in the U.S. since its release by Virgin Records on February 5th. The album also scored Kravitz several additional career highs, debuting No. 1 in Japan, Switzerland and Argentina, Top 5 in Canada, Germany, France, Austria, UAE, Holland, and Italy, and Top 10 in Belgium, Spain, and Hong Kong.

“I think that the love revolution is something that starts within each of us. It starts right in our own spirits and from there it has to be something that we exercise in our homes, in our families, in our small communities, and then it grows outward. But the revolution is a discipline. It means that I’m going to let love rule my life. I’m going to wake up each day and I’m going to try my best to give love, to put some positive energy into the universe. And the revolution is the discipline to keep doing that every day, to love myself, to love God, to love the people that are around me and to just start exercising that within your own environment.” – Lenny
