Icebar Istanbul is the coolest bar in Istanbul with freezing temperatures of -5 Celsius and drinks served in ice glasses.

ICEBAR IST by ICEHOTEL offers visitors a unique chance to experience high-quality design and enjoy a drink “in the rocks” in the centre of ISTANBUL throughout the year.

The interior, including the glasses is made from pure, crystal clear ice which has been harvested from the Torne River, in Jukkasjärvi, Sweden, 120 miles north of the Arctic Circle. .

The theme of ICEBAR IST by ICEHOTEL is Northernmost Impressions and is designed by Sofi Ruotsalainen & Mikael Nilsson.

With branches in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Tokyo the Icehotel’s Windowist Tower in Maslak is the bar where the Arctic meets the Orient, with the Turkish world of art is transferred to a frozen world.

You can have dinner beforehand with a special menu specially created for Windowsist Tower. Under the management of German Chef Detlev Schmidkunz, a veteran of many Michelin star restaurants, with international dishes, all delicious and impeccably presented.
