The mall hosts 57 stores and 11 stands as well as restaurants, an outdoor terrace, a parking lot, dry cleaning, a shoe-shine parlor, bill pay points, a baby-care room and a movie theater. The mall is also referred to as a cultural center as it frequently houses cultural and artistic activities, and includes the 400-capacity Gazanfer Özcan Theater along with exhibition areas.
In addition to the diverse, high-quality mix of 65 international and domestic retailers, Kozzy features a considerable amount of social space including a nine-screen cinema, indoor and outdoor restaurants and cafes, a 400-seat theater and an art exhibition center.
Kozzy Shopping Mall opened in April 2010 and is conveniently located to the Bağdat Street and Highway E5 on the Asian Side. (40 and 30km to the Atatürk Airport and the Sabiha Gökçen Airport respectively).
