Metropol Istanbul will be one of the largest mixed projects of Turkey that combines a shopping mall (one of the largest shopping malls in Turkey), home-offices, residences, educational institutions and recreation area. The project will have one of the largest shopping malls of Istanbul designed on the concept of outdoor shopping, a “Shopping Street” of nearly 400 meters long named “Catwalk”, 2 new squares, and the biggest cinema complex of the Anatolian Side, of 16 movie theatres.
The Main Tower, designed as one of the highest buildings of Europe, will be located in the center of project, which will have an expected number of 23 million visitors a year. The project will enable direct access from offices, residences and the main tower to the shopping malls and it will also have a ballroom and conference hall with one thousand people capacity.
One of the most important characteristics of Metropol Istanbul, which will be completed at the beginning of 2015, is the one part construction site of 750 thousand square meters. The rate of sales has reached nearly 45% in the office and residence part in Metropol Istanbul.
