Mustafa Toner designed Minyon using white, orange, blue and earth tone colors to create the modern and elegant décor. Executive Chef Emre Capa, the heir to the Capa Turkish nightlife legacy, has had a life-long passion for cuisine and hospitality. Capa, the instant new star of the city’s trendy dining scene, is thrilled to open the doors of his first restaurant. Minyon’s culinary team is female, led by “Petite Emma”, and some of the servers are also the chefs! Minyon has a variety of ways to recommend the dishes, from vegetarian to gluten-free and, of course, Minyon’s favorites. The mini-bites, such as salmon tartare, are a must. Start with scrumptious salads before marvelous mains such as lemon and sage risotto or the square ciabatta burger with pear confit. In Minyon, every ending is happy with sweet treats like almond chocolate pie and mastica crème brulee.
