Nobu opens in Istanbul

Nobu, the world’s most recognized Japanese restaurant brand known for its innovative Japanese cuisine with locations in New York, London, Hong Kong and Milan, will now have its very own branch in Istanbul of the modern Japanese restaurant where the A-list love to dine.

Movie star Robert De Niro is a part owner of the Nobu restaurants. Robert de Niro’s restaurant signed a deal with Swiss Hotel in Istanbul and will be soon opening his doors instead of current japanese restaurant Miyako.

The actor originally persuaded LA-based chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa to open a restaurant in New York back in 1994.

Since then, Nobu has grown into a global restaurant empire which includes 19 branches and a loyal following of celebrities.

After Hakkasan, Zuma and Spice Market, the world famous Nobu restaurant will be a great addition for Istanbul
