Enrica and Pio Rossi founded this elite restaurant, which was named after the movie titled Paper Moon. The duo, which opened their first restaurant in Milan 30 years ago, is preparing the menus with the target of modernizing the cuisine by creating light and fresh dishes. With its delicious menus, mainly comprised of pasta, pizza and salad variations and a cozy atmosphere, the restaurant became so popular that the partners opened their second restaurant in New York within 12 years in 1989. The third Paper Moon was opened in 1996 in Akmerkez, Istanbul, as a Turkish-Italian joint venture and soon became one of the hottest spots of Istanbul, both for lunch breaks and elegant dinners. This attraction was owed to the delicious dishes and quality wine cellar as well as the touch of Tony Chi, who also designed Paper Moon New York. Paper Moon Istanbul has a size of 610 m. In addition to the 60-seat-capacity bar, 160 people can be served simultaneously in three different halls. The harmonic use of wood and leather draws attention in the main hall, which has a rather stylish ambiance.
