Russian supermodel Irina Shayk is Istanbul, to kick off the international promotion of The Perfect Bra Tour By INTIMISSIMI.
The model has been dating Portuguese football player Cristiano Ronaldo, also 26, since early 2010.
In February last year Irina and Ronaldo were reported to be engaged after he apparently jetted from Spain to New York to propose to the Russian beauty on Valentine’s Day.
Shayk arrived in Istanbul from New York and visited a store in Nişantaşı where she gave tips to Turkish women to find the perfect bra.
She left Turkey shortly after the event, and will continue her tour to Madrid, Lisbon, Moscow and London as part of her promotional campaign.
Shayk started her career at the age of 19 when she began modeling in Paris. In 2007 she replaced Ana Beatriz Barros as the face of Intimissimi and in the same year she debuted in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Since that time, she has appeared in every annual edition, attending photo shoots in places as diverse as St. Petersburg, Naples, Grenada and Chile. After being the image of Intimissimi for three years, Shayk was made the official ambassador for the brand in 2010.
